Shipping
Policy
Our standard shipping
is via USPS, UPS Ground* or Fed Ex Ground. Orders shipped via ground
usually take 1-5 days to arrive, depending on location. We are
located in California, ground deliveries to the east coast may take up
to 5 days from the shipment date.
Non-personalized
orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days.
As our personalized
items are embroidered before they are constructed (allowing
reversibility in our bibs), embroidered
items may take up to 9 to 12 business days to ship. A
shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been shipped.
*All third party products (Bath Gift Sets, Large Gift Baskets, Decor,
Slings and Diaper Bags) ship via UPS ground and will possibly ship separately in orders that contain 3rd party manufacturers items and Lilypad Baby items.
Please
be sure that the Ship To address entered is
accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
International
Orders
Lilypad Baby does not ship internationally at this
time.

Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Lilypad
Baby offers free shipping promotions. The given coupon code must be
entered into the discount box during checkout to redeem, during the
specified time period of the offer. All free shipping offers include
regular 1-4 day USPS and 5-7 day
FedEx Ground delivery only; additional
rush charges may be applied if
requested. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
